Project Details:

It was a complete pleasure that appointed J P Carpentry Solutions Ltd to undertake the carpentry labour package at this new build development.

This phase of the project consists of 85 homes overall, consisting of 12 maisonettes, 11 houses for affordable living and 62 houses. This project is part of Watford Health Campus Partnership’s £400m regeneration project.

Due to the restricted room and central location, parking for sub contractors is limited and materials and goods need to be delivered at set times. We are completing 1st Fix, 2nd Fix and 3rd Fix carpentry on this project. We are also simultaneously running other projects at the same time however a Site Foreman is always present.

Originally we were appointed by Jarvis Contracting however they unfortunately went into Administration in February 2023, we were delighted to be appointed by Kier once they took the project over.
