Project Details:

J P Carpentry Solutions Ltd were delighted to be appointed the carpentry labour on this new build 2 apartment block package in the centre of Watford. North block included 30 new apartments and South Block had 60 apartments. The 90 apartments are for shared ownership and affordable rent.

The location was on a busy road in the town centre that had limited space. Due to the central location time was of the essence regarding deliveries so we always ensured all materials were carefully planned and immediately offloaded to avoid potential disruption to members of public.

Carpentry labour included 1st fix, 2nd fix and 3rd fix carpentry

• Stair strings and aprons
• Window Boards
• Fitting door sets and ironmongery (fire proofing on all doors)
• Installing kitchens
• Fitting skirtings
• Architrave
• 3rd Fix carpentry including fitting door stops, bath panels, shower screens, mirrors, signage and slatted shelves.

As always we managed to work within our deadline. We were also honoured to be asked to do additional work at the end of job and made some bespoke bike and bin stores, cut and fit cement boarding to balconies and install large entrance canopies.
