It’s an honour and pleasure that J P Carpentry Solutions Ltd won the carpentry labour package from Bugler at this new build development.
Watford Borough Council are arranging a renovation scheme to the area. This is Phase 2 which consists of 86 new apartments.
We had previously worked on Phase 1 with another main contractor and we believe our quality of work and attention to detail assisted in winning the Phase 2 scheme also.
Carpentry labour includes:
- 1st Fix
- 2nd Fix
- 3rd Fix
- Kitchens
- Fire Proofing to doors
We were additionally asked to build bike and bin stores. The end result is modern, energy efficient homes, 63 of these apartments will be private sales, 15 shared ownership and 8 for affordable rent.
We completed full carpentry throughout this project from start to finish and met our target deadline.
