J P Carpentry were thrilled to be awarded the carpentry package for a newbuild 14 floor 306 quality new home package within the centre of Milton Keynes. Located on a former office block the new development will include a 24 hour concierge, residents lounge, gym, fitness studio, sky lounge and multi use games room.
The site has restricted space due to the central city location so we have to ensure all deliveries are organised and offloaded immediately.
Carpentry includes fitting doors, kitchens, window boards, architraves, skirtings, fixings and fittings, CP Board, guttering & fascia around sub station electrical building, boxings in cupboards cutting felt so perimeter fencing can be installed.
Being organised and tidy is crucial due to the various trades working within this project. So far we have met all deadlines.
